About Me

I was born in England in 196x. After gaining a Maths degree from Warwick University I went into the computer industry in London. I worked in both large and small companies taking on numerous IT software roles including support, training and strategy.

A few years ago I decided to leave London and moved to Edinburgh where I am now happily self-employed. Current activities include producing web content, tutoring and working as a tour guide.

Although I'm not a member of any political party I'm very interested in politics and current affairs. I'm a great believer in civil liberties and was active in the successful NO2ID campaign against UK national identity cards.

My other many and varied interests include: comedy, consciousness, current affairs, Doctor Who, films, food, Forteana, games, mentalism, privacy, reading, writing and - last but definitely not least - zombies.
